It's all fake. That's some sort of doll, don't ask me where but I've seen certain sites that offer things like it. The "webcam" is just a movie. Still, very very disturbing.

actually, in this case, it appears to be a body suit. Certainly far less expensive than buying a doll. Rather, this is cosplay taken farther than one normally would... it also explains the numerous poses. This is no doll, just strange costuimng.
