Believe it or not, this will actually be Charles Martinet's first ever role in an anime. Even though he's been the voice of Mario for over 20 years now, that's all only been in games.

EDIT: Nevermind. Forgot he was in the JoJo's OVA.

wrong. Charles Martinet was in the old OVA series of Jojo's Bizarre Adventures Stardust Crusaders as Senator Wilson Phillips and additional voices(same dub that got Roger Jackson as Hol Horse)

They didn't list Broly, but obviously HIM is not coming back,so they will likely get Johnny Yong Bosch from the recent game appearances.
Frieza has a non-speaking cameo,so Daman Mills will not be made effective as his new default voice yet.

I'm glad they stepped out of the Texas pool again for the guest cast, because that is a star-studded line up.

I mean, Charles Martinet!? First Bowser, now Mario!?

I’m torn. On the one hand, I’d love to watch this in its original Japanese with English subtitles because I love the original cast the most, but I also want to support Funimation/Crunchyroll’s better dubbing efforts as of late. I suppose I can watch it twice, but it’ll all depend on if I can find a subtitled showing as easy as a dubbed showing. I hope it plays in my local theater.

Oof. Some of the performaces sound phoned in. Why does Pan sound like a grown up?

The actor can longer do the same tone? Happens too many like Megumi Ogata.

I was wondering which set of VA's Goten and Trunks were gonna use. Guess they did the mature voices.

Also Charles Martinet was not something I saw coming but Kenny James (Bowser) has been working with Funimation the last couple of years.

And it looks like Meredith McCoy is back as Android 18 too. She's been posting vague stories on Instagram about flying to Dallas for a job.

This is not the same voice actress, it's her Super VA who voiced her as a baby.

EDIT:

Just noticed this

She moved again? Last time she left was to Israel and they recast 18 (Kai) and Fujiko Mine (thankfully with Michelle Ruff) during that period.

Charles Martinet is inspired casting and not something I would expect for a DB movie though I'm aware he was in the 90s Jojo's OVA.

Saw Beerus and Whis, so I guess they're just a non speaking cameo. lol Wonder if Beerus is back to babysitting again.

Unfortunately for me, unless it's a two night showing, I can't make it opening night. My twins have a birthday that day and are turning 20...they're not big fans like me, so family first.

it makes no sense why they don't get Elise Baughman back for Pan.She voiced this same young version in Kai,but they insist to reduce her to just play her GT incarnation for video games nowadays.

Apparently she lives in Georgia now, but in a recent interview, she said she was still willing to reprise her Dragon Ball roles if asked.

If it's like the other recent Dragon Ball movies (especially the previous one), there should be multiple showings.
