Good to see that a couple of simuldub series that I was watching on Funimation until my subscription expired are coming over so I can finish them.

Always happy to see some more outsourced shows for a number of reasons, but I'm particularly surprised Central Command Studios dubbed Super Cub and given the staff roles involved - presumably spearheaded it. I feel like I usually see them listed when they're assisting other studios with additional recording nowadays, but that would be really cool to see them given more work alongside other smaller ADR studios like Nano, Kocha, etc... And congrats to Geoff Bisente for getting his first(?) solo directing credit too!

Surely they’re gonna go back and dub Jahy-sama, too, right? Anime cry

It is pretty pathetic how horrifically slow they're being about moving things over. I get they can't just dump the entire library on there at once, but they took a month off at a point and then they're apparently barely putting up anything for June. Figured they'd be doing more shows after burning through all of Fairy Tale but apparently not.

At least there's Stars Align I guess.

I'm surprised they're dubbing Blue Reflection Ray as I recall they canceled the BD release for it in Japan. Does the dub mean it's still going to come out on BD in the US?

Super Cub's dub was first leaked back when the BD was announced so I think it's likely the dub for it was made before the FuniRoll merge. Based on comments from some VAs, it seems like Blue Reflection Ray's dub was made a year ago but is only just now coming out for whatever reason.

Super Cub didn't have a English dub until now? Because it had already been dub into Neutral Spanish and Portuguese by Funimation and the those dubs premiered on November

I mean tbf, I wouldn't really call it a leak since blu-ray releases are usually how people tell whether a backlog show is getting a dub or not since its part of the product info (at least compared to the Netflix "leaks" by looking at the SAG-AFTRA database haha) but yeah, that wouldn't surprise me at all. If anything, I kinda expected that these had to be dubbed a while back, even if Blue Reflection is more of a surprise.

I'm wondering when they're going to move over My Senpai is Annoying. I just feel like watching it again, lol. Plan on buying it on blu ray as well. Such a wonderful show and I hope it gets another season.

Funimation had the King's Raid anime dubbed and released on Blu-ray while it's Japanese Blu-ray release was cancelled so it'll likely be the same for Blue Reflection Ray.

Glad that Super Cub is moving to CR I like this show last year, a fun wholesome show.

And Funimation titles moving to CR is awfully slow! I don't really understand why they can't just dump their library altogether instead of doing it by batch every week. And it's not just that their transfer is slow, some shows that are previously available in Funimation in the Australia region are now geoblocked in Australia after it transferred to CR. Titles like Hyouka, Haruhi Suzumiya, Charlotte, Future Diary, Nichijou, etc.

I'd imagine it's because they don't won't to overload the severs and crash the site. I'd also imagine that theres some amount of licensing involved.
