Is it just me, or does Doll Kara just sound... weird. I mean, it's a story conceived of by the founder of K-1, who's very much still alive & is currently 68 years old, where he dies & is reincarnated as a high school girl. There's just something weird about a man who's nearing 70 killing himself off in a story so that he can be turned into a high school girl, instead of simply figuring out a way where he can simply teach a high school girl about MMA himself. At least that chess manga that Ablaze recently licensed with Garry Kasparov in it is about a VR recreation of him teaching someone how to play chess.
Not trying to say anything about Kazuyoshi Ishii himself, but it's just weird. If he had died & someone else came up with this concept then fine, but this was thought up by the man himself.

Yes, its too sweet. It still deals with some heavy stuff too though. Highly recommended. It's also full color, à la Senpai is Annoying!.
Been following it fan-translated and on Fanbox.

D-genesis sounds absolutely insane. It sounds like Isekai mixed with a Robert Ludlum book. Government organizations and dungeon crawling?

Just finished reading some of the first chapters that J-Novel had up. It is nice to be able to read them like this. Now I already know some of them to buy, when they come out.

Great to finally have Misfit. Can't believe no one else picked up before hand. Really hope we get a physical release of it.

I thought Misfit would be licensed by Seven Seas eventually but it turns out JNC got it instead.
I've also heard about D-Genesis before. IMO it has this weird pulpish feel.

Getting Misfit is quite the score for J-Novel, it's pretty popular after the anime came out. D-Genesis sounds a bit like Dungeon Busters, which I've enjoyed so far. Might be worth checking out. I'm also interested in the Fushi no Kami manga, I've enjoyed the novels so far.

I see isekai or other reincarnation stories of all kind are still popular, most of the entries are like that.
"Gushing over Magical Girls" is - well, it's kinda hardcore story. Interesting that it was picked up.

Going by the available manga adaptation chapters(17 fantranslated), anyone who is expecting plenty of dungeon hijinks/exploring/adventures, will be sorely disappointed. How bad is it? Well, there's the dead goblin in chapter 1, a slime in chapter 5, some slimes in chapter 6, one slime in chapter 7, one slime in chapter 9. That's it, that's the monsters we see, over 17 chapters. Aand...did I mention, aside the slime chapters, they pretty much stay aboveground/out of dungeons the rest of the time. So, what do they do the rest of the time? Well, you better like commerce, online auctions, politics, drama, in your mango...
I really, really, REALLY, hope the available manga chapters are still only part of the prologue, and stakes will start getting a bit higher, because as it is now, it's a bit too dry for my tastes...
