If Sentai license this, looks like the chance of dubbing this one might be low.

Who the hell knows when it comes what Sentai will actually dub its always up in the air. I've been waiting for years now for them to widen their acting talent pool its yet to happen in a proper manner. Hell I would settle with just the return of some of their more underrated acting talent like Todd Waite honestly it feels like they stopped caring a long time ago.

is that not an issue with the ADR Directors? I know both Steven Foster and Chris Ayres both worked in Theatre and recruited people from there, Steven brought in Adam Gibbs and Emily Neves. Where as Kyle, John and Shannon seem content with mostly using their established talent pool, while occasionally bringing in someone new from Funimation.

I've talked about this topic endlessly over the years yes the more accurate problem is the ADR Directors and their inability to reach outside their comfort zones when it comes to casting from the Houston acting talent pool. Holy hell do I miss seeing actual trained Stage actors in Houston dubbing the underrated Steven Foster and the late Chris Ayres were brilliant at times when it came to pulling from stage houses like Alley Theatre among others in the Houston area for the casting of their dubs. I genuinely wish John Swasey, Shannon Reed and Kyle Jones would step the hell up and bring this long time casting tradition back. I enjoy seeing dubbing vets like Chris Rager and Eric Vale in Houston dubbing would love to see Jeremy Inman follow their lead to be in a few Houston dubs but there needs to be a balance here. There's far to many talented actors in Houston losing out on the chance to be in dubbing because the ADR Directors casting for these dubs have grown far to complacent in the last eight years when it comes to their casting methods.

I'm just glad to see Sentai picking up something that doesn't look like it's going to be an ecchi show for a change.
