At this point, I believe Oshi no Ko getting an anime adaptation would be a matter of time (If we consider its popularity and a dream Collab between Akasaka and Yokoyari would be a killer draw for the potential anime crowd) . In fact now they have enough chapters to finish a 2-cour anime.

And it's actually pretty good story, so its success would be deserved.

Exactly, if I were an investor looking for a Production Committee to join, I would be looking at this already. And Kusuriya no Hitorigoto.
Both series has enough content for at least 2-cour. Both are too popular to be passed for anime adaptation. I even think both series have been greenlit internally already. Public announcements is just a matter of time.

If Oshi No Ko is so popular and highly rated, why hasn’t it been released in English yet? Just baffling.

This really is a mystery. It's pretty much universally praised. It's got some pretty heavy themes though so maybe it's a matter of figuring out who they want to release it. The way Shuesia has been flaking on Ayakashi Triangle, I hope they pawn it off to Seven Seas or something

Dandadan is so good(save a questionable recurring contrivance).

Yeah, it does kick off with some pretty pointy stuff right off the back.
