MAPPA is dead set on working people to death in 2022. Poor animators.
Hell’s Paradise, it´s alright, has non-sexual nudity in most chapters. MAPPA isn´t the studio to do that, that´s for sure. I wonder if they are crazy enough to do all 13 volumes in one rush.

This was a very enjoyable manga. It's also completed as well.
I hope they don't try to complete this in just 12-13 episodes. It needs about 20-24 episodes to do justice

Weird I don't see that kind of "concern" whenever other studios take on new projects... Seems kind of bandwagon-y.
Mappa has, so far, 3 projects announced to be released in 22. Chainsaw man, Kakeguri's spin-off and SnK (we can probably add the inevitable 2nd season of JJK to that, which would bring the number to 4, but no announcement yet). JC Staff, Lidenfilms and Cloverworks have that same number of projects releases just in the coming winter season. Cloverworks in particular has been releasing around 3 series every season for a while now. There was even an incident where the director of Wonder Egg Priority ended up in the hospital.. twice.
Mappa were rightfully dunked on for their crappy work conditions. Not gonna defend what they've done in the past few years. But they've been taking noticeable steps into improving that. I think it's time we start directing our attention and "concern" to other studios. Just my two cents, of course.

Damn. The trailer looks really good.
I only hope the animators don't overexert themselves.

This whole "concern" about the poor animators in Mappa as if the working conditions in other studios were a million times better is starting to get really old. At the very least they should get some credit for being one of the few studios that actually try to get interesting stuff done and try to get out of the overdone isekai/romocom otaku trash that other studios are relentlessly churning out every season...
Anyways, as for the PV itself, this does look pretty great. Definitely going to keep a close eye on this one...

I'm going to have to do a big reread of the manga again as I prepare for the show. I really liked this series and will be picking it up in print when Viz reprints the volumes.

Judging from the credits at the end, this trailer is pre animated so can't even tell how it will end up.

Producing interesting stuff while overworking the industry isn't any better either it makes them worse than other anime studios because they just follow the production committee's crazy demands without any hesitation and just take the money.

Otsuka the CEO of Mappa sees the overproduction of the industry as a challenge and not an issue that needs to be fixed. You'd have to be very naive to believe that they're trying to improve themselves. Pretty much all of their shows this year were plagued by production issues. And a tweet by an animator this week showed that nothing has changed in this regard.
I'm sure you're referring to CSM, but that's on Nakayama and not Mappa.
Liden Films and Cloverworks have been criticized a lot lately too. No one is innocent, the whole industry is rotten.

Indeed Remain , Zombie land Saga S2 , iditan deities , AoT S4 and Mappa's takt episodes had all tight schedules which makes it clearly that mappa mean it by wanting to work on crazy deadlines provided by the production committee's crazy demands without hesitation.
Cloverworks is a victim to Aniplex's crazy ambitions since they're owned by them while lidenfilms does have thier managerial issues in some of thier projects adding to account the production committee's demands.

I hate the conditions at multiple studios. Not just MAPPA but they are the most unsustainable. I wonder what will be the straw to break them. A terrible company with a solid catalog of work. The UbiSoft of anime? We´ll see how Studio M2 turns out. Oh Masao Maruyama, why are you so good at establishing studios that grow out of control?

Jojo does 174 chapters in 39 episodes and it's great. Why would this need more than 26?

"Taking noticeable steps in improving that" such as taking on even more mercenary work that no other studio wants to deal with because of the ridiculous crunch involved. Right.
Also, way to put words in people's mouths by saying they only care about working conditions for Mappa. Almost like you don't have a leg to stand on unless you make a strawman to blow down.
