I was just thinking to myself that, outside the Visual Novel, we hadn't gotten a beach/pool episode with the girls in swimsuits.
Unless this is just for promotion it looks like the movie will finally rectify that.

The high school class trip to either Kyoto or Okinawa has been done - will we get a high school cultural festival segment to complete the standard rom-com trio?

If the movie(1) holds true to the manga, and (2) finishes the story, then yes, there will be a cultural festival. However, the festival was highly controversial amongst manga readers, for a couple of reasons that I won't get into, because spoilers.

If this is the conclusion to the anime one way or another, I hope they can resolve the story satisfactorily.

Of course many will know how the manga ends, but that does not necessarily mean the anime ending will be the same.
The important thing is that the conclusion fits within the framework established the first two seasons. We should not have weird events involving quantum physics create five Futaro Uesugi's or merge the Nakano quints into one person, since unlike Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai there is no precedence for such events, even though it would resolve the problem. Multiple endings (e.g., We Never Learn!) where each girl wins would also be unsatisfactory as having your cake and eating it is not realistic even within the fictional world framework.
Of course we should all be on Team Yotsuba, since not only is she the only quint that is not devious, but also the one least likely to be able to make a decent career for herself. And big hair ribbons are fun (pace Izumi Sakurai trying to get Haruna Annaka to stop doing so).
