OK, so this one will be rather confusing in a future. There are two voice actress, named Akane Yamaguchi.
person#39698 Both have their names written as 山口茜. Neither are affiliated with any agency. One is a former I'm Enterprise talent (first role in 2004. Latest role in the anime. dates to 2012). The other one is Kappei Yamaguchi's daughter, born in 1996.
