He's not sick. It's just that after he got exposed for cheating on Lisa, he can't show his face around like nothing happened. He's supposed to "reflect".

Twitter was absolutely horrible about the suspected suicide. So many fanboys/fangirls claiming it is just the usual story of a toxic partner threatening suicide, but I’m pretty sure the man being on a ventilator tells us a lot. I know abusive partners threaten self harm and at times go through with it, but I don’t think it’s usually to this level. If nothing else I doubt his wife would take joy in seeing a bunch of weirdos online wishing death on the man she once loved. She is already going through enough.
