What's the meaning of this?
If the animators don't get Paid in decent amount!
They are doing it for their country
But the jp animators will rather support rising copy cat Chinese studio companies if the situation
doesn't improves

Just create a system for young and potential jp animators where it can give them decent schedule and pay support
Don't let them fall in trap of mainland copy cat Chinese companies
It's only way you can prevent JP animation industry to fall sooner or later....

7-10 minutes, huh? The length of the projects is getting shorter.

I hope they have some that focus on mechanical training. CG cars, planes, mechs etc are the bane of the Anime world.

While I don't disagree, this has never been the point of this. It's just working in a real environment, only with support and a longer time frame. Any improvements in working conditions would be completely unrelated to this.

I guess they skipped last year for obvious reasons. It's always interesting to see what comes out of the YATP

Last year was the inaugural year for Anime no Tane, and there were four works in the project:

Oh I see, I must have missed that article then. Both the English and Japanese wikipedia articles hadn't been updated so I assumed nothing happened last year. I was actually wondering if they had ended the project until this article came out lol.
