I recently got all 3 volumes of The Wings of Rean released by Bandai Visual USA back in 2007, and upon trying to enter the English staff credits from the booklets, I'm a bit stumped for one name under "Translation", that being "Demian Ryu Ichinose Smith". Is this simply just one full name (and if so, how do I enter it in?), or is is two accidentally put together, and they forgot to move the second person down for all 3 volumes? I can't find anyone with this in the encyclopedia when doing a search. Here are the booklet credits below, the English staff is the same on all 3.
