The game was already removed from the Store. Guess the developers acknowledged the game has some issues. Still from what I remember, the Steam version was quite superior critically.

Yeah playing it on PC and there's only been minor bugs in my playthrough, Runs great, loads in 2 seconds, looks amazing, and I have experienced zero crashes. Easily one of my favorite games I've played this year.
I think CDPR would have been better off just having the XSX/PS5 as the console release.

It's quite amazing seeing Momotaro Dentetsu being one heck of a juggernaut.

I wonder how many will ask for a refund? Since it's CDPR, some might just wait out a patch.

I know most people are primarily concerned with Cyberpunk at the moment, but man, for me the real takeaway here is that Nintendo is completely eating Sony's lunch in Japan. Does Sony even care about the Japanese market any more?

I've heard about it freezing quite a bit on the ps5 too unfortunately.

When they can sell 120+ million consoles in the world while selling less than 10 million consoles in japan, is there any reason to care?
Obviously they care about the big Japanese publishers/developers, but I gotta think Squenix/Capcom/Sega care more about global sales than anything else like Sony.
Since Playstation is in by far its best shape it has ever been in financially speaking, even better than the PS2 era, whatever they're doing is working.

They should care because it's a long-term investment. Those major developers didn't just come out of nowhere; they started off as small studios that grew until they made it big. If you're a small or new console developer nowadays, the Switch should be your primary development platform because that's where you're going to make all your money. They're creating an environment where, in five or ten years, all of the new talent will be invested in Nintendo's ecosystem because that's the platform that treats them well. Relying on existing AAA publishers to support you doesn't grow the industry or result in innovation.
