Oh god, no.... please, no!
Kill it with a silver bullet, bury it while it's still alive. Just do something! ^^;

Why are they even bothering? This is one of those pieces of dung that deserves to remain out of print.
I do admittedly like Jesuotaku's review of it, though. Shame it got taken down and now nobody can find it. I got a good laugh out of it.

I mean it probably cost them thirty-seven cents and half a box of Mallomars to release this so... Fine?
That this continues to live on and Interspecies Reviewers may never get released in the US is honestly kind of tragic, given that the latter is far more entertaining.

But how will future generations learn of it, we must preserve the rubbish of yesteryear least we fall pry to nostalgia.

Discotek may one day release it.

I'm amazed Media Blasters is even still operating at this point.
As for Eiken, I'll pass. Suffered through it once years ago. Not in any rush to pour bleach in my eyes a second time.

I'm totally down for this hypothetical scenario one day!

This is the only anime I've ever rated a 0. I'm glad they're preserving it. It's a special kind of bad.

Would be nice to finally own this legendary "too hot for TVTropes" OVA, but I'm not looking forward to getting another Media-Crashers expensive coaster that plays for 5 seconds and freezes up my Blu-Ray player, like Yamibo and Juden-chan.

M-B would've had to renegotiate and reacquire the license, given that they lost all their old titles after they got dissolved by the state of New York in ~2012 over unpaid taxes. And due to the specter of reverse importation, M-B may have also faced an uphill climb in getting the Japanese side to allow a North American Blu-Ray release for a title that never had BDs in Japan.
Eiken also benefited from coming out in the pre-streaming era, before the days of censorious App Stores that can seriously damage a company's fortunes over one overly-controversial title. It also helps that even Eiken's youngest female characters are extremely well-endowed, while Interspecies Reviewers frequently treads on the opposite end of the spectrum, i.e. having characters that are technically of-age, but appear far younger.

That is a LOT of effort on their part for Eiken and not anywhere enough effort for, ya know, anything good. Who are these people making Eiken financially viable? I kind of want to meet them.

this is for fun. There's not much to know in the "why," it's not like it takes much effort to bring this over. Furthermore, no one will pay for it.

LOL, Trigun, Eva, and Macross still don't have US Blu-ray releases, and this garbage gets one. What a world.

To be honest, I'd prefer the re-release of the manga version over the anime version.

This had ALWAYS been my problem with everything Media Blasters put out. On the off chance that something actually played all the way through once, any attempt to rewatch was always met with freezes and skips and other nonsense. Their move to "Print-on-Demand" Blu Rays did not inspire any confidence.
I always enjoyed Eiken. In the sense that I constructed a probably fictional motive for its existence as a "You little perverts like tig ol' bitties? How about these?" level of pushing a fetish so far beyond ridiculous that it makes fun of the fetish.
