I wondered about that too, but I guess they're worried that if they stream in HD, no one will be able to tell the difference (or enough of one to make doing this matter) when it's 4K.

Singapore-based blockchain company BlockPunk.

So, being made by literally two companies that do not exist?

Gainax exist in name only, and BlockPunk exists in form of other people's non-existent cyber money? I have looked at website, LinkedIn, and invester's page, but cannot for life of me figure out what they do, if anything at all.

I should make a blog, call it KeijiBlock.com to ask for money. People ask, I just say, is blockchain, then use money to buy car or mink coat for granny-wife. Oh, wait that is crowdsourcing, tangible money changes hands. LOL

Do not get me started on Gainax shenanigans.

A short anime in 4K?
How cute!
What about doing a whole movie in 4K?

Edit; According to Japanese Wikipedia the movie was made in 4k, so I stand corrected. But the 4K has only seen theatrical release so far.

As far I know there have been at least two anime movies in 4K and released on Ultra HD BD; Your Name and Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: December Sky. There might be more now? Upcoming remaster of Akira is promised to be 4K as well...

RightStuf has had a 4K version of the Space Adventure Cobra movie for sale for several months now. I would love to see a review here, or hear from anyone who's seen it ( hint hint ). Pretty please?
