Figuring out the show was very easy, but figuring out the character was a bit more difficult. Her hair colour seems a bit different in that pic which threw me off so I had to do a bit detective work. A bit of guessing (the background and towel made me think it was from a hot springs episode) led me to the right episode through which I could identify the character.
