Good to hear there will be a fourth season, but I'm still waiting for the third season to hit Bluray...

Great news, I wonder how many episodes for this season, hopefully 24 but they'll probably split it into two again. Despite my disappointment on how the manga ended I hope they cover all of it and I've enjoyed the epilogue chapters so I'd like to see those animated too.

I think it's worth noting that Erina is still voiced by Hisako Kanemoto. I guess change is permanent.

Yeah, shame. I think Taneda carved a role that Kanemoto hasn't been able to replace.

Unfortunately it's something that happens.Saeko Chiba voiced Mio in Season 1 of Strike Witches and was replaced in Season 2 due to her pregnancy, but after Season 2 we got a movie,spin-offs,sequels,OVAs,games...and they never got her back for no good reason even after she became avaliable again.
An older example is how Mayumi Sho was the original voice of Chi-Chi until halfway of Namek Saga in DBZ,being replaced by Naoko Watanabe(who was already in the franchise voicing Puar.) also due to her pregnancy, and they never got her back to this day either after many movies, sequels, games(except for a cameo in Budoaki 1),etc...
Sometimes you wonder if the producers do this out of spite or something...

^ Mayumi Shou actually gave up the role because of Chichi's change in character from a cute girl to an overbearing mother on top of the pregnancy. At least that's what it says on her japanese wiki page.

VA changes usually are; it's pretty rude to go to the second VA and go 'alright replacement we don't need you anymore, get lost'.

Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't. For example, Keiji Fujiwara will return as Eugen in Granblue Fantasy, after stepping down due to the illness. Miyuki Sawashiro returned to One Piece, after being replaced by Houko Kuwashima due to the pregnancy. Hiroshi Kamiya got replaced by Kenji Nojima in Honey and Clover a number of episodes, due to the accident, but said episodes were later redubbed by Kamiya for a home release. In other words, it's not an uncommon sight. Every case is unique.

Aw, I was hoping Taneda would return...but looking forward to seeing more of my favorite arc of the manga adapted. I've been missing it in Jump.

It really funny seeing people hype up for next season knowing waiting for them at the horizon
