Probably Tales of Crestoria is going to meet the same fate too once its released stateside. Smartphone RPGs just don't do well over here like in Japan unless its a FF title.

I thought I saw that the Japanese version is shutting down as well. I haven’t seen a single ad for it here in Japan, when last year at this time the ads were all over the place.

Not giving me high hopes for Valkyrie Anatomia; then again, considering the latest patch has made the game unplayable for me it was already going that way.

That's why you always play JP versions of gacha, especially niche franchises like Star Ocean, and especially when the Global version cuts content and censors the boobs out of the game like Anamnesis did.
Or in FGO's case, because the NA localization is also freaking terrible to the point fans started fan translating the JP version because the Global version translation was so useless. |
