I think that the correct term in this particular case would be the U.S and and the U.K, since the license is only valid in those countries, and not in whole "west" (or at least the American/Anglo-Saxon definition of it)

At its worst, yes, this movie can be a cheesy campfest--but in my opinion it's fun and entertaining despite and because of it. So with all those extra goodies announced, guess I'll be upgrading from my Australian DVD.
