I'M BEGGING MY HUSBAND TO TAKE ME IF THIS AIRS AT ONE OF OUR LOCAL THEATERS!
While Phantom Rouge was a good movie (even if it did feel like one long and at first confusing episode), I've heard that this one is the better of the HxH movies. But honestly, more HxH, and on the big screen, is great in my book! <3

I started up seeing Hunter x Hunter on Crunchyroll over a month ago. Like what I'm seeing thus far since it doesn't reek of many of the typical shounen action anime cliches. Bought up Phantom Rouge a few weeks ago and would assume Last Mission will get some sort of video release down the line as well from Viz, which I look forward to.

on the one hand i'm glad hxh is becoming more prevalent in the west, but on the other hand these anime original movies are pretty bad and don't respect the nen system at all. it's like the people who wrote them totally glossed over the source material and made everyone a walking stereotype and gave them an edgy throwaway villain to fight.

I know it probably isn't gonna do My Hero Academia or Dragon Ball money at the movies especially since it's not new but I know I haven't seen it and so I will definitely be hyped to see it on the big screen. I am hoping in the future anime at the movies will become more common.

I might've loved the tv anime, but both HxH movies are BAD, especially The Last Mission.

They skipped Phantom Rouge? That was the better of the two films, I really can't recall anything remarkable about this one.

Even if I wouldn't be missing much, why not Canada too?

As someone who's favorite anime is HxH, its only two movies are beyond bad in comparison to the 2011 anime especially The Last Mission. I remember being so excited to see them but found myself sighing throughout the movies....
If anyone is at all interested in watching these movies, then don't go in expecting HxH 2011 level of plot, fight scenes and characters because they have NONE of that.
