I wonder if this is going to be an another sequel to the Splatoon series, or is it going to be an Spin-off of the series. I am looking foward to this new annoucement.

Likely an anime adaptation. The announcement is June 9th, which puts it in the middle of the Tokyo International Toy Fair. The 9th is also significant, because it's the first public day of the show/fair. Given this timing, all I can assume is it's an anime adaptation announcement. Given the popularity of the series in Japan, especially with children, this absolutely makes sense. |
