More game shows on Tech TV, I'm cool with that (acually I'm excited 'bout that). As for Anime Unleashed, I won't be loosing any sleep over it because there's nothing to worry 'bout, Tech TV is buying G4, not the other way around, so Tech TV will probably keep most (if not all) its programing.

As long as they don't screw with X-Play, as far as game-related programming goes, I'm fine with it.

The only thing I want is that Anime Unleashed to be aired early. I can't stay up at 12 because I have school. (actually, winter break at my school starts 12-19 when the bell strikes to release people from their finals, so that means I can stay up when it is the 19th.)

Word. X-Play is a pretty decent video game show, and is better than most of what G4 airs, imo. |

It doesn't hurt that Morgan Web draws a lot of drooling fanboys on X-play, when she moved from Screensavers I was depressed but then noticed she was on X-play.

I like Morgan, too. And Adam's OK. But ,I think I'm envisioning the ultimate Fanboy (wet)dream - Diane Mizota from Filter on G4 (also bad word Mi from Austin Powers 3) and Morgan Webb doing a show together. I haven't worked up a title yet. Maybe something about bikinis.

G4 is good times.
But I have to say something about it. It totally and utterly lacks any worthwhile to a true gamer. I can pull more from gamespy.com while PULSE is playing. I pull better reviews for games out from a 1991 Issue of Gamepro. That isn't to say it isn't entertaining...because it is...but do not look for the depth of coverage a REAL NETWORK would have. I fancy it as somewhat of a marketing orfice for companies to partake in...much like ..well...you get the idea. Tech TV is also good times. Has more content than G4, plays Anime, and to boot has some decently better reviews...not by much though. At least they OFFER worthwhile knowledge though. I got a feeling that if the man who owns that company has self-respect he would not sell out. But then again...almost half a billion dollars is an f-load of money ...here's to greed! /cheers

weeeh, I love tech tv, I love that 'worthwhile knowledge' I know millions who do too, please don't sell out! At least keep most of what makes the station so good x_X keep screensavers, keep call for help, keep the anime, keep x play and by everything we hold holy (ghibli anyone?) keep the people working there x_x they are great to say the least.

Hmmm, one thing I won't keep my hopes up on AU staying on, even after all the papers are signed. The rating have been slipping and the people in programming are taking it's slots away. Hopely X-Play will stay and keep the gaming shows down. I like to see a Screen Savers-ish show, but not if it takes it over the Screen Savers.

It'll be intersting as to what they will call this new merged channel. I've got a few ideas, maybe they could call it Tech4TV, I don't know. But, with the anime on TechTV and the games on G4, both on one channel, that'll probably be really cool.
