Welp, I guess I should go ahead on and get me a Switch (as if Zelda and Mario Oddessy weren't reasons enough).
I already use Caustic 3.2 on my phone so hopefully it's as easy to pick up and program. Also it'd be great if they offer some sort of external save feature. |

Pretty cool. I like stuff like this existing so the more the merrier. It's not a pro tool but I imagine there are kids that played Mario Paint and that set them on the path to do graphic design. If this kicks off some kid on the path to making music, I'm all for it.
If you already have a smaller music making program then you might like trying out something a little bigger for the computer. Looking at the screenshots I don't think there'd be that much of a learning curve. The interface looks very similar, especially the piano roll. It's identical to how pretty much everything looks. |

I used to use FL Studio back in the day before my ex destroyed my laptop smh. I haven't used it since. Caustic is simple as hell. And looking at Korg's screenshots this looks like a simple DAW. I see great potential if done right, like letting users import their own WAVs, and their save/exporting options are going to be crucial. Here's something I produced earlier. |
