@Gina Szanboti
I'm afraid you will have to remain skeptical then. I have no means to record movement and, since Photobucket, got shirty, have no platform to post a photo on regardless. If I understand your description, you are doing it wrong. I took another look at that graphic and we are looking at the back of the right hand. The middle finger is partially on top of the ring finger. The proportions are odd though. My middle finger is a full half inch longer than my ring finger, the graphic has them almost the same length. When I try that movement, my middle finger stays in the plane of the hand with the ring finger just enough below to go under the middle. Both the index and pinky fingers stay in the plane of the hand and can be spread to the sides while staying straight. With the exception of my big toes, I can barely flex my toes at all and they all move together. |

@Gina Szanboti
At the risk of not being on topic, I can't really control most of my toes independently except for the big one, but I do occasionally use my toes to pick things up with not too bad dexterity. But it is just my right hand, I have all the mentioned problems with attempting on my left, which has me think I practiced to get that way from fidgeting, kind of like how through practice I learned able to click and whistle Trying to be on topic, there has not been much I have watched, except I watched some dumb live action English horror movie, Been kind of a break from anime for new years. But just about to watch two new shows of the season. Hope they will be enjoyable. |

Devilman Crybaby - I finally watch all 10 episodes on Netflix and it was fantastic. I'm a huge fan of the original manga and I wanted a new Devilman anime adaption for years ever since I read the manga for the first time like 9 years ago. I love how the story feel true to the source material, while doing it's own creative take on the source material at the same time.
The anime still keeps the themes of Anti-War and Paranoia of the Unknown from the manga while modernizing the story and characters in a 21st Century World. The animation is really good and Yuasa's art direction really work for Devilman. Masaaki Yuasa is known for making art house avant-garde anime and his dark surreal art style felt perfect to me. It did felt like a throw back to his older work from Kemonozume. People will look at Devilman as gore porn when it's not. The blood, gore, violence, sex and disturbing images are necessary to the story and world of the series because of the themes of the story. Devilman is a anti-war story with the idea of humans becoming monsters as a metaphor being draft into battle. The story carries a message on how there is no justice in any type of war. What I love about the original manga and Crybaby is that it exploits the violence and nudity, but does so to convey a message about where society is going. It is edgy done right. I seen anime fans that view edgy as a bad thing when it is not always a bad thing. Titles like Berserk, Parasyte, The Guyver, Psycho Pass, Akira and Devilman do edgy right in my opinion while anime like Corpse Party, Tokyo Ghoul, Future Diary and Akame Ga Kill try too hard on being dark, edgy and gross without doing it right in my opinion. While I do love the anime, I can admit that it does have flaws. The development between Akira and his parents could have been handled better in my opinion. Some of the sex scenes did felt a bit pointless. I know Devilman is meant to exploit things, but some of the sexual stuff did felt kinda pointless. I do want to mention that the music is fantastic though. I love every track in the anime. Overall, I love it and I give it a 9/10. The story left a impact on me after I was done watching the anime just when I finish reading the manga for the first time nearly a decade ago. If you have a Netflix account, watch it now. |

Finished watching Just Because. I didn't think I was going to enjoy it as much as I did. Although I think Eita would have been better off with Komiya instead of Natsume, considering that Eita and Komiya actually talked instead of "Welp, something came up, I'm going to put this off now." or "Well, I'll just wait for the other person to say something." Eita and Natsume were awful at communicating to each other. spoiler[It seems to have improved going by the ending, but who knows.]

I went off at it in my post of it for the exact same reason. |

I've been re-watching Daily Lives of High School Boys and loving almost every minute (I hate the skits about the delinquent's older sister and her friends bullying him). The Book-loving Girl on the riverbank sketches are just too funny.
But this series doesn't have to do much to make me laugh. Just looking at Tadakuni's long-suffering expressions makes my day. How could anyone not love this poor kid? |

Daily Lives of High School Boys is one of the rare series that I will actually rewatch random sketches of, just like with Nichijou and D-Frag.. Where any one of them could be really funny.

Recently I watched Tatamy Galaxy
I expected serious show about misadventures of a young man on a journey of self-discovery with great romance and some elements of mystery. Reality: Nerdy satirical comedy where I was bombarded with constant waves of whacky jokes one after the other. |

Progress Report:
While on my January hiatus, I am watching Little Witch Academia. In particular, I wanted to talk about Episode Four for being the best episode so far. So...spoilers! spoiler[The one thing I appreciate most in this episode is how Lotte's wishes to not be the next Annabel are respected. Just because she enjoys the "night fall" books doesn't mean she wants to write them. It's kind of like if I really liked Oprah. Sure, Oprah is pretty awesome, but that doesn't mean I want to be a talk show host like Oprah. So, yeah, this episode was great!] |

So I watch the first three episodes of Inuyashiki and it's petty good so far. It feels like had Japan did their own toku version of The Six Million Dollar Man (No Kamen Rider does not count since KR predates TSMDM). I do like some of it's black comedy too.

Ehhhhh? I'm quite sure my BD is legit. I'm pretty sure it will never see a dub unless it's rescued somewhere in the far future, since NISA rarely dubs anything that's not as huge as Love Live. |

Rightstuf was selling it for $25 over Christmas. It's almost double that now. Maybe your convention sources are cheaper. Even used seems a bit pricey, esp. the premium edition.
