Master Keaton TV and OVA overlap

There seems to be a problem with the listings for Pioneer's / Geneon's Master Keaton DVD releases - the earlier DVDs are listed in the Master Keaton (TV) section and the later DVDs in the Master Keaton (OAV) section but Volume 5: Blood & Dust is listed as a release in both the OAV and the TV sections.

Unless that volume contains a mixture of TV and OAV episodes, one of those entries must, presumably, be incorrect.

It seems the last episode of Volume 5 is the first OVA episode which answers my question.
