Really a bunch of dicks. And they're a real consistent bunch of dicks. I tried preordering from their website and had problems but they simply refused to answer any of my Emails for assistance (4 follow up Emails) no reply at all nothing.
I've been long saying NIS taking Falcom games from Xseed is going to be a bad move, got bashed by netizens for saying so....well there you go enjoy!

Honestly, I've learned that if you ever want anything in the way of customer service from any company, it's generally best to ignore the email option and just do it over the phone whenever possible.
Can take a bit of a time commitment for some companies (Gamestop can put you on hold for over an hour), but you're much more likely to get a quick resolution to your problem once you've forced them to actually talk to you.

It's a dick move that they discovered bugs and glitches during the beta and want to fix them before release? What's with all these entitled children? Game gets rushed and is a buggy mess, people whine. Game gets delayed to prevent a buggy mess, people whine. Who gives a shit about a date, when it's out it's out and you play a finished product.

I don't think paying customers are "entitled children" for complaining about the delay, especially since it's being delayed literally on the day of release.

Those bugs and glitches were discovered a long time ago. Delaying the game less than 24 hours before its release is not acceptable in any way.
