I think that this country could use something like this right now. If you've been reading the newspaper or watching this news lately,I think you could see why I think that something like this be good for people. I think that seeing people in Pikachu costumes doing goofy stuff and dancing around would be something that people would like. And I think other places could use something like this. I'd love to see something like this happen. I hope other people feel this way as well.

Yes! I would be filled with total joy if we had Pokémon events like the Pikachu Outbreak occur in America! Of course, that's if The Pokémon Company [International] and the Pokémon Community can improve themselves...
