Oct. 9, I think, so yes.

I realize you're trying to be clever here but the fact that you had to completely misread and misunderstand the text on the front page in order to come to this conclusion sort of undermines your attempt at comedy gold.

Actually, I was serious, but seeing that people have pointed it out that I was wrong earlier gives me the proverbial "egg in the face." Sorry and I apologize!! Thanks HyperGatack for pointing that out first!!

Unfortunately the approvals process on this contest took forever. I had the contest ready to go early enough that the winners would be announced before the game was released.
But the various involved parties kept asking for inane changes (some of the changes were more than reasonable, some were stupid), and each change added a couple days to the waiting process. The worst part was that towards the end of the whole process they asked me to change things that had been in the contest since the first or second draft.

Sounds stupid. Was SEGA to blame?

Oh well. :p People learn from others mistakes, right? So don't make errors in your mailing addresses! Especially your town name!

Seems I may need to retract part of my apology AND get apologies from some folks.

It probably won't matter. I heard they mostly go by your zip code so I wouldn't worry about it.
