I understand they probably did it to make the figure transform without problems, but his limbs are way too skinny. WarGreymon had meat to him!

Oh geez, I had the Patamon from this line. I think I might still have it somewhere in fact. They were so cool!

You haven't played with many transforming toys, have you?

I have, and many of them were more accurate than this.

I still have my MetalGreymon and the Patamon one (though I believe it's missing a lot of pieces)... They were so great. It's cool they're bringing it back, though I don't have any interest in a WarGreymon.

personally if I could just get the stand with a neutral background to go with my CSA Digivice and if they did a remake of the Omegamon digivolving figure I'd buy it to go with it

Saw this go up for pre-order a few days ago. I want it, but I already have plenty on order for November.

If the Magnamon digiegg toy a friend had was any indicator, it wouldn't be too hard for Bandai to make a better-engineered version of the old Digivolving toys--unless the US releases were just that much cheaper.

I mean, I always wanted digivolving toys (how couldn't I?), but rotating the fot claws? Having to pose the horns? I love intricate transformations, but that's just too finnicky for a toy. If some of the US Beast Wars engineers could have gotten in touch with Bandai for how to handle this stuff, alas... (I say "US" because I have no idea if Japanese toy engineers worked with Hasbro for Beast Wars--and because Japan's Beast Wars Neo toys were ridiculously intricate and finnicky. Hello, Mach Kick!)
