No, the Final Fantasy games have music and got symphonic concert tours--
Persona games have gratingly puzzling, droning and repetitive Japanglish rap songs. It does help to know the difference between one franchise and another. |

What's the deal with advance ticket lotteries? Are they better seats than the normal tickets, some preorder guarantee or something else entirely?

Very few people has played P1 and 2, also the series took a drastic turn towards the persona experience we know today as of game 3. Also Shoji solo composed all music 3-5 but was not even involved in the soundtrack of 2. So this makes perfect sense in my opinion. |

Those puzzling, droning, repetitive Japanglish rap songs are enjoyed thoroughly by thousands of people worldwide. Not sure why you felt the need to make such an unnecessary and narrow-minded comment on a Persona concert article. FYI, there's no contest between P5's soundtrack and FFXV's. The former smashes the latter into obscurity. |

whats the bet they chuck in like a couple of tracks from 1&2 and that 98% of the concert is 3,4 & 5 music |

It's a great way to make things fairer - people register for a ticket lottery over the period of some days or weeks, and if successful they have a short period to actually pay for their tickets, then any left over tickets go to a later lottery or general release (first come, first served). Identification on bidding and limits of numbers of tickets per name are used to prevent someone from bidding for large numbers of tickets. Often, fan club members or those with codes from the sale of merchandise will have an earlier ticket lottery than the public ticket lottery.
