No surprise there. Aniplex gets almost everything Ufotable does.

Makes me wonder how the hell Funimation was able to snag away Tales of Zesteria

Yawn. Talk about a boring announcement. Hope your panel tomorrow has more exciting announcements.

And some of their select titles through it's subsidiary A-1 Pictures.

The first Anime Strike title from the July season? The Aniplex shows are on there right this season.

This seems very fujo oriented. There's probbaly not going to be a single female in this.

Jeez, AoA on Strikeout is a real double whammy to the wallet. Pay extra to stream it, then pay more than double to own it.

Speaking of AniPlex and markup, Pony Canyon USA has been awfully quiet for a while now, even the last press release here I can find seems to be from August last year?...

I'm kind of looking forward to this. I've been kind of "meh" towards anime lately. I finished one winter show despite starting four and this spring I'm probably only going to really keep up with Boruto. Summer is looking more promising with this, the ballroom anime and 18if.
Anyway, why are people saying that this is only going to be on Anime Strike? Aniplex seems to want to work with multiple platforms hence Eromanga-sensei and Granblue streaming all over.

Have you never heard of Touken Ranbu before or something? It's literally what Kancolle is, but with sword boys. Also it's not fujo-oriented, it's aimed at just female otaku in general. Fujoshi would fall under that category, but not everything with boys in it is just for fujoshi you know.

Finally someone said it. Calling all anime aimed at women “fujoshi” anime is like calling all shows aimed at males yuri anime.

Strange definition of 'all over', they might be streaming on Crunchy as well, but both are region-locked in this part of the world. I am watching both though, by way of rips of said streams...

Streaming on three sites to the whole NA, South America, Central America, UK, AU, NZ and Ireland is still a big enough part of the world to make a generalization like that.
