This is the type of cute girls doing cute things I actually am looking forward to. Main reason is because it's an original anime.

And unlike Shriobako, this is getting dubbed. More sub free PA Works? I'm all for it.

"The anime will premiere in Japan at 12:00 a.m. at night on Tuesday, April 4 (effectively Wednesday morning) "
No that is actually Wednesday, not effectively Wednesday.

Finally, something I wanted to watch that isn't going to end up on Amazon! At least I'll have one new series to follow this season (and I mean that literally - Amazon already scooped up every other show I was even remotely interested in). TY, Funi.

Most likely because 1. It's PA Works which means even if the shows aren't good *cough* Glasslip *cough* then they are least beautifully animated and 2. It looks to be in same vein as Shirobako which was all around awesome and one of if not the best anime that came out in 2014-2015

The plot just seems really boring to me i guess. The artwork from what i have seen will be great though i will admit that.

^Same. It should be, I imagine. Though weird that CR wouldn't have announced that with their stuff earlier if Funi already has.

Is there really a need to rush out these dubs? I rather the whole show be aired first so they can properly plot out the cast and stuff

I don't understand that myself...
Subs are one thing, dubs are another.
There are fans who don't care about dubs, are cheap, don't want to pay anything, etc... They're going to rip off the Internet, or they'll see it once and that's it.
Dubs are an altogether different thing. I get it... Sales of physical media partly fund dubs, dubs help drive physical media sales to a point.
I really don't see how simul-dubbing helps much of anything... but then again, I never understood how ad-free Internet websites would work in the late 1990s and early 2000s and we know how THAT trend turned out!
****************
As far as cast tuning/cast changes go -- they happen. Whether it's a result of vocal cord strain (Excel Saga) or re-recording, new dubs.
Isn't Dragonball Z up to 4 different recordings with English cast alone across 4 different versions (syndicated/CN/Ocean Studios, original Funi releases, Dragonball Kai, possible alternate overseas English dubs?) of 40-60 something episodes of the Saiyan and Frieza story arcs?!??!?
Whole separate thing from the simul-dub / later physical media release phenomenon but just goes to show the whole cast switch-in/-out isn't a new phenomenon with English dubs...

As most anime is derived from web/light novels/manga/games, a lot of people likely will be looking to see how the derivative work differs from the source material. When you have an original series, the production committee doesn't have to worry about that. Beyond this, an original anime may become highly-anticipated from the staff and main cast, as well as the story synopsis. For example, "Re:Creators" is 2nd only to AoT Season 2 for the shows I want to watch the most this season.
