Why does ufotable consistently assume that anyone would ever want to date Kayneth?

That is a good question. I'm also suprised that Kayneth is there. Who the hell even likes that guy??? You have so many more better characters from F/Z- Lancer, Kiritsugu, Iskandar, Kirei!!! And don't even get me started on guys from stay night!!

Tokiomi might not have the best personality, but I doubt that he knew anything behind the Matou family. If Kariya told him explitely more than just ranting at him, Tokiomi might have tried to get Sakura back or at least would have given her to a better family. Well, Kariya was a very envious dude with hopeless chances of ever earning Aoi's love. Tokiomi was a fool, but he's not an evil person and I can see why Rin and Aoi love that man.

Kayneth was a huge douchebag, but he did sincerely love Sola-Ui...a woman who was even worse than him (Lancer's curse or not). I think it's his genuine love that women could find attractive about him. After all, he gave up the Holy Grail War for Sola-Ui and that must mean something huge.

Gilgamesh is famous for having banged almost every women in his city before they got married. But that's something that neither his people nor the gods liked about him. But he does have his charm and charisma. But beware, if you become his woman, be prepared to be treated like his object and nothing else. Unless you may be a female version of Enkidu.
