I still have high hopes for this series... really, I do... but the only way they could have tried less with those designs is to use stick figures.

This is really good news.
Means the full series will be adapted. Something else to keep in mind is that 2 cour anime are considered risky nowadays, and that means that studios (unless you're Toei) are more likely to try harder to make something quality. This isn't universal ofc. |

Huh, so we'll finally have a full start-to-finish completed story that's not an original creation, with no crappy cliffhangers or "see you next time" finales. I feel like it's been a long time since there's been enough faith in a series to go this route.
