More than Citrus, the manga depicted in your avatar deserves to be animated. Its popularity is on the rise in Japan and quite frankly I consider it a much better story than Citrus.

Hehehe, I would love Bloom Into You to get an anime though is there enough story for a cour or a good stopping point? At least Citrus has pretty well-defined arcs and PLENTY of material for a single cour show.

Even if they adapt a fairly tame series, the Sakura Trick anime proves it can be very easy to amp up the fanservice without being unfaithful to the original. Though if they upsmut Citrus as much as they did ST, it'd be as bad as Valkyrie Drive.
