The second hint was a bit of a mouthful to read that I confused myself but I think spoiler[this is from Amagami SS, specifically Ayatsuji's arc.] The speaker is spoiler[Ayatsuji and the addressee is Junichi; the context is Ayatsuji referring to her "true persona" being gone after it was revealed to the entire class.]

I should really get to finishing the other girls' arcs in the sequel but the beauty of a show like that is you can be selective with your episodes.
