Hopefully this gets a physical release on PS4 like RE6 did since I never got the PS3 versions of either. I'll gladly take a PS4 physical version of 4 as well even if I already own both the GC and Wii version.

It will, their release plans for RE 4, 5, and 6 also include physical releases, with digital as a secondary.

RE6 has been out already for quite a while, lol. RE5 is up next, followed by RE4 later on, but yeah, they're going backwards for releases.

Out of the three, I like RE5 the best. Glad to see that I can play it on next GEN.

That won't happen. Name some new Capcom games that came out and are coming out this gen. The only one for Xbox is Dead Rising 3, a launch title. Post that, every announcement about a game is either Sony/PC only or is a remaster of a game that came out on 360.
