Personally I'm some what disappointed by this, I liked the more pick and choose aspect of them, rather than just picking up a bunch of shows based on the US licenser, like Animatsu does. With Animatsu it isn't much of an issue, as they just slap them in a box, I don't like the idea of them getting some pretty meh titles like Fairy tail, when they could be releasing more interesting tiles.

The site also notes two new titles listed on Amazon as Anime Limited DVD/Blu-ray combo sets: Ninja Slayer From Animation on August 22 and Brothers Conflict on August 29.

A correction on this - those two are listed under Funimation like the others:

Brother's Conflict [Dual Format] [Blu-ray] (Amazon)
Brothers Conflict Complete Series (tbc) BD/DVD (Anime on Line)
Ninja Slayer [Dual Format] [Blu-ray] (Amazon)
Ninja Slayer Collection (tbc) BD/DVD (CLONE) (AoL)

However, these two had previously been announced as Anime Limited releases, and Brother's Conflict was even solicited to Amazon under Anime Limited:
Brothers Conflict Complete Series [Blu-ray]
Brothers Conflict Complete Series [DVD]

It looks like these Anime Limited releases have been cancelled in favour of the Funimation branded combo.

I know it says the release date is September, but I don't see High School DxD Born up yet - I'd like to pre-order it.

it's labelled under High School DxD Season 3 at the moment

on topic: i hope this means other funi series we never got or haven't been finished yet will get a release over here too like Hellsing Ultimate 9 and 10

also shouldn't the Fairy Tail release in September be Part 12 not Part 2?

Unless I'm blind or aren't looking in the right places I wonder why Born has a release date yet NEW hasn't. It is possible it will be announced at a later date but having season 3 up while season 2 isn't is a little strange. I know I can import the US version but still...

You're not blind, there's yet to be an answer for that one though (since they tricked out a few at a time I thought it would just arrive late, but the lineup has been stable now for.. wow, has it really been a fortnight?)
