I wonder how much of AssClass's sucess has stemmed from its Civil War corresponding with Marvel's?
And man, poor Twin Star Exorcists. It never asked for this terrible pacing and overuse of side-characters ;_;

What kind of scheduling issues? The last episodes of those shows streamed at their usual schedule.

The episode reviews aren't out yet and the score here comes from how people score the episodes there.

I know that. I should have been more blunt and asked, why hasn't Jacob Chapman written reviews for the latest episodes of Kabaneri and Joker Game?

For DRRR, Jacob usually did write-ups every two episodes instead of every episode, and maybe he's going for the same angle with these two. Or just more busy because he's writing the weekly lists these weeks since the usual writer is on vacation/travelling, I believe.

I meant the weekly weekend lists, which he's written the last two of, because Lynzee is on a hiatus

I see. I didn't recognize it without the column's name (The List)

If lack of time is an issue, Jacob could consider not doing daily streaming reviews for the time being. And I am not questioning Jacob's ability, he is a good writer and reviewer. But late daily streaming reviews are a disservice to this column and to the fans of the shows in question.

Is Tanaka-kun going to be added to this now that it's being reviewed? Or is it too late to add it in?

It'll likely be on next week's. The review wasn't posted in the time period covered by this installment.

Jacob had a couple larger assignments last week that wound up eating up a lot of his available time (there are a handful of editorial projects we're both working very hard on right now that you'll get to see in a few weeks). By Friday we'd decided to simply double up his episode reviews next week - my sincerest apologies for that, we're a pretty small team (two people, myself and Jacob) and when a really big project comes in we need our full-time employees to handle it.
Jacob will have both Joker Game 4 & 5 up this evening, with Kabaneri 4 & 5 up this Thursday, and he will return to the normal daily streaming schedule immediately for the rest of the season. Again, my apologies for the delay.

I've had some oddly outlying tastes the last couple of seasons. More shows I like in the bottom half than usual.

We knew it was coming the second Studio Pierrot signed up for the job.
I'm glad "My Hero Academia" is at least in the top five for both categories.
