Good! I've been hoping for a western release for Valkyrie Drive, I would buy it in a heartbeat...because of reasons.

More than likely will be them since they've done his past works too. I framed it as he wants to do talks with Xseed on this matter.

XSEED is a subsidiary of Marvelous (Little known fact) so it totally make sense for them to be the one to do that.
