Tears hair out because Funi still hasn't announced anything
In all seriousness though, I saw this acquisition coming.

This is interesting, it's a good looking pickup for Sentai, plus the thought that maybe Sentai could end up working with Amazon on other series that Amazon licenses.

maybe because the spent this season's bank on My Hero Academia and all its ancillary rights?
As for this show, it's a pretty show I'll give them that. now to see if it'll be one for the shelf.

They're saving themselves for Macross.
Yeah right. But really if they did, it would be a big deal because I want to see FUNi and Harmony Gold enter into legal disputes.

Dose this mean Amazon prime here in North America could stream it as it releases with subtitles! I would be happy with that if it were to happen!

Yeah, I don't know anything about this series, but it's a good sign that amazon's exclusive shows won't be stuck on prime without seeing a home release.

I'll add my voice of happiness. This is great news. I hope the same will happen with Kabaneri. As well as all of the Noitamina shows, of course.

They already have "Azumanga Daioh", "Girls und Panzer", "Gochūmon wa Usagi Desu ka", "Hidamari Sketch", "K-ON" "Non Non Biyori", "Sketchbook ~full color'S~", "Stella Women's Academy, High School Division Class C3". I think it makes sense they add to more iyashikei/cute girls doing cute things to their catalog.
