Hmmm.... Solid cast so far, but I really need a dub sample/preview to see whether this will work or not.
That being said, I will pre-order the BD/DVD set from day 1 anyway |

No Kurapika announcement?
This dub will be interesting, particularly roles like Hisoka, and Gon. Erica is really going to have to show her chops with Gon. |

I was thinking the same thing - where's Kurapika?? (Maybe Kate Higgins). Also kinda surprised with the given cast but it should be good. Still was kinda hoping that Mercer would play Kite. |

Huh, interesting... I wasn't aware of all her casting roles so thanks for telling me.

Well I'm definitely interested. So far I'm on board, but I hope this is a hint that we'll at least see a set 1 released by the end of the year.....hopefully.

Kind of funny we don't know who's voicing Kurapika yet, despite getting a voice clip of him.  But the cast looks (and sounds) promising so far.
I loved the 1999 series, but it didn't have the best dub. Here's hoping the equally awesome 2011 series delivers a great one to make up for it! Really looking forward to the premiere.

from the short clip from viz media's dub, i'm on board with kurapika's voice (it's pretty great honestly) but i 'm not really getting the feel for leorio's voice and gon's voice. hopefully a longer clip will fix this.
