As long as the quality remained good, I felt Cowboy Bebop could have gone a few more episodes. Gunsmith Cats could have had a few more episodes, as well (as in, doing an arc or two from the manga, not tampering the the original OVA).
On the flip-side, I felt Gundam Wing should have been shorter. I know it's character driven, but the middle episodes barely even do that, really. The 10-13 episodes in the middle of the series seem like the producers were just stalling for time to up the episode count and needed an excuse to make more Gundam toys, so they just had all the characters meander around aimlessly & tamper with their mobile suits. |

I thought Gunsmith Cats was awesome, in a movie sort of way. It would have been a great series. Personal favorite Oh! My Goddess is a big one. I wish that they made more of that. Animated Belldandy is sheer perfection.

Amen to that. I'm a huge Sonoda fan, I'll watch anything he had a hand in, no matter how bad... I just love his character designs. His mecha is pretty sweet, too... I'd love to see more of the Crest/Banner of the Stars series, as well. I've been thinking of trying to track down the novels, actually.... Kare Kano really needs a new ending... but I understand that the author pulled her support from Gainax for that one. Heck, while we're at it, I'd like to see more of GTO. I love that series, being a teacher myself.... And even though it's a pipe dream, I'd like to see more of the Classic Nuku Nuku. None of that TV or DASH! stuff, thank you. I thought FLCL ended just when it needed to, and though I wouldn't mind seeing more of the exploits of the Bebop crew, I think to make any more of the series would really be starting to abuse it. It's already a masterpiece... I say leave it. |

I wish Berserk had more episodes, so people would quit pestering Answerman about it.
 Trigun's ending was kind of rushed, so it could have gone a little longer. And I too want more Gunsmith Cats.

GAINAX just...stopped it at 26 episodes. They didn't even try to fake an ending! I understand them trying to stay true to the manga, but...hey, The Big O got a second season, Kare kano should too. |

I wish they would make more Dbz episodes, because the fights were so awesome and they can get even stronger than ss4. Just Kidding. But seriously, I think definetly Berserk just to finish off the story and Hellsing should have more eps. From what I hear Hellsing went differently from the manga and they still make more vols of the manga also.

I wish that Please Save My Earth had a couple more episodes. They had been moving at a steady pace up until the last episode. Then they just smashed what they didn't get to during the first 5 episodes all into the last episode.

a fairly large ammount of anime could go on (Bebop and Hellsing come to mind first), but it is ultimetly up to the creators

FLCL was really good, but I wish it could have lasted longer. It was a good ending and all but I wish it could have been a longer series. Trigun would really be cool, the ending was pretty much rushed. Kenshin definately, I haven't seen the "Tales of the Meji Era" yet but from what I heard I wish they would do the Jinchuu arc to raise the series up a few notches. Bebop would be cool if there was more episodes but they aren't necessary.

GTO is one that I wished had more episodes, and some that needed to be redone. The manga has sooo much more than what the anime showed, and well..I think the GTO anime would have been much cooler if they did some more story arcs in it. Like Mayu's story arc. spoiler[Who wouldn't want to see Onizuka arm wrestling with a 100 guys?] The ending to GTO definitely was weak.
O!MG is definitely one that I would like to see more of. I want to see how Keiichi's and Belldandy's relationship grows and evolves, and to see if they could ever get some sort of romance without Skuld interrupting. |

I think DB needs to edit out a few or 2,000 episodes. Doesn't it seem like the fights last 50 episodes before their finally resolved? Cut it by half, and maybe i might show sympathy. I agree with Gunsmith Cats. The 3 show OAV was too...short. I'm not gonna point out the 2032 Bubblegum Crisis. Or the horrible Bubblegum Crash! |

FLCL should have lasted longer, it was a very funny show.
So was Trigun, but in the end they added stuff (Wolfwood's death*) and rushed it. Rurouni Kenshin's Jinchuu arc should have been animated, but SPE rather wanted to see some crazy man who thinks he's equal to Jesus. *spoiler[Wolfwood isn't dead in the manga (also Legato), and there is an extra Gung ho guns.] |

Everyone has something wrong with dbz. I think it was done perfectly. The series is my favorite and is one of the best or the best in the world. (says this in a soft tone)
