Is this an honest recap only; with no additional new footages or something..?Because if not, I'd rather watch the whole series again instead of this compilation.

I'm honestly more curious for when the localization is supposed to come out for the series. One of the few times I wish Aniplex picked up a series because I know their Euphonium limited edition boxes would have been amazing. Hopefully Ponycan USA can deliver an awesome package for this series and soon.
EDIT: Also, they shouldn't even bother with a dub of it. After watching the subs, there's no way in hell anyone can capture Kumiko's personality and quirks the way the original voice actor did.

Yeah, it's interesting that we've heard absolutely nothing about their release plans for Euphonium, when every other show in their catalog so far has had its first volume released around 6 months after its Japanese premiere date, including Etotama which aired in the same season.
Kumiko's seiyuu is Tomoyo Kurosawa, who I think is definitely one to watch. She's 19 years old and she's only played nine credited anime characters so far, but I liked her in Yuki Yuna too and she was even better in Eupho. And you didn't really get to hear it in Eupho, but she's a talented singer - she's been a main cast member in two idol shows (Aikatsu and Idolmaster Cinderella Girls), and her Yuki Yuna character was also an aspiring singer.

"UMAKUNARITAIUMAKUNARITAIUMAKUNARITAI"
The first time I heard that line in the show was fine but if they keep repeating that line with the annoying, whiny voice then I am gonna kill somebody.

I bought the Kumiko character CD they came out with shortly after the season ended and I have to agree with you on the singing. Euphony is a regularly played song on my IPod.

I just came here to wonder where this release was too. I would NOT, by any means, want it to have gone to AoA though. They have their own backlog of titles that I'm bitter at them for not releasing. Though if they did release it, their release would probably be nicer than what we are going to get with a PC release. All I can hope is that they are working on figuring out a new way to release this series, rather than just doing the same boring extra large plastic case with awkwardly packed extras, and that that's why we haven't seen anything for it yet.
Other than that, my other question is whether or not PonyCan is planning on releasing this movie and the second series as well. Maybe it's a little too early for that, but the movie, at least, should get some kind of announcement if PC is localizing it, if Garakowa is any indication.
