The character designs looks kinda awkward imo but hoping for the best. Wonder how long the arc will last.

well, dragon ball has always been trainingist, so gohan being discriminated is to be expected, if anythign it's the fault of the trainingarchy.

Interesting that Majin Buu and Piccolo are Members of Beerus' team. Maybe they both trained and powered up while Goku and Vegeta learned SSBlue?

This is what the 2nd movie should have been about after opening a new can of worms in KtK. Not about lazily bringing back a dead character we already know is going to be defeated.

It's already abundantly clear that we're seeing his transition away from Martial Arts. At the end of Z he wasn't even competing in the Tenkaichi Budokai. Even if he does give one last go which is entirely not out of the question, if the end of Z holds water, he'll let it slip away again. If i can give Super one compliment (out of which I have many) it'd be it's approach to development. spoiler[The characters are changing. Vegeta has done thing he'd likely never thought he'd do. Krillin acknowledging his shortcomings as a martial artist, Android 18 being a supportive wife where before we weren't really sure what her feelings on her relationship with Krillin were due to her more or less having no scenes depicting domestic life. There's a ton of that in this series and I'm loving it.] With that said, bring on the tournament saga! |

So they finally coverd both movies in DB SUper? Ever since i heard that the first arcs are the storries of the movies but then stretched out I lost all intrest in Super. I hope what we get to see now actually makes me want to watch it... Btw is it really true that a arc will be about Trunks time traveling or something?
