They should do a Golgo and 007 crossover. The fact that who is essentially the world's most famous spy had his own manga versions I think is really awesome.

For an image that's based off the original Flemming design it still strongly resembles young Sean Connery. I like that because he is and always will be the best Bond actor in my opinion. Close second is Sir Roger Moore.

Interesting...I didn't know that Saito actually had license to make Bond adaptations, even if the inspiration between Golgo and Bond are obvious.

I wonder if those manga are still available for sale. As for the novels, I've never read any of them, but I did own the audio book for "Cold Fall" at one time.

Yeah, I always thought that Golgo was pretty much Japan's James Bond. Only...a lot quieter and more serious. Didn't know the author was licensed to make James Bond comics either. It makes a lot of sense, looking back.
