There is most certainly enough manga content for a much-needed second season, as well as a third season as well.
J.C Staff did great with the adaption, and leaving it on a cliffhanger before one of the better arcs is just begging for a follow-up season. |

The manga seems to have seen some pretty solid sales bumps, from what I've heard though, so who knows. Stranger things have happened. |

Shonen jump title never care about dvd or Blu-ray sale. 2k is actually very high for its title. Better than OP, Naruto, world trigger during that time. |

Like everyone else said, I hope it's a second season.
Shounen Jump has been much smarter with their anime adaptions in recent years. Instead of shooting themselves in the foot and having never ending anime infested with fillers (Bleach, Naruto, One Piece), I've noticed that their anime adaptions have 24 episodes at first, they take a break for a few months, then the next 24 episode season comes out, another break, another 24 episode season, etc... It's a much better way of doing things. The art ends up being much better and it's more faithful to the manga. |
