Look at all that chaos & anti-social behavior. I'm amazed the social fabric didn't tear entirely.

It gets to show that even Japan is getting hooked into the Halloween madness.

I belive this would make Levi (from attack on Titan) happy. Those who are cospaying as him while cleaning up must be having the time of their lives.

I find it interesting how they mentioned specifically that the arrested man was unemployed.

I read an article about this and the police in Japan just suck, 2 arrests is not a "headache" or "stressful", even in small town America this is business as usual. They need to start policing, no wonder the deranged are running wild constantly, do your job everyday.

With party events as large as this Halloween city gathering, chaos was bound to happen sooner or later. I'm just ecstatic that the riots were quelled before they got any worse. Plus, the superheroes and the non-costumed folks assisting in the clean-up efforts really helped.

The first time I went to Japan was back in 2008 and it was the week of Halloween. I saw some Halloween stuff here and there... even a couple guys in costumes. But one of them was white so I shouldn't count it... I also stayed in Shibuya... Man things change fast in 7 years...

It's pretty standard in crime reports we've written up that the arrested's employment status/job title be mentioned.

Halloween brings in that much money and this in just Japan? It's also nice to see real life heroes picking up the mess and the fact they were dressed up as American super heroes makes it even cooler.

Sooo....Halloween Partying, making a mess in the streets only to have other people clean it up? I wouldn't be surprise if they keep doing it from this point on. What message is that to there brains? "We can mess up the streets, and people will clean it up for us the following day, I get away with it."
