With enough success, it gets another Baccano anime season which J. Michael Tatum and Cailtlin Glass likely would have to return as their respective roles should that said season receive a dub.

Are they going to start all the way back from the first novel? That's gonna take a really long time to even get ahead of the anime, if so. I'm also not sure if I should expect/want something more akin to the novels than to the anime, but if they ever do get to 1932 I hope they actually adapt it entirely instead of just doing the boring parts like the anime did

Well, considering its decent popularity, I would imagine that they might make another season and fans would be happy with that.

Maybe after they're all done adapting Durarara, they can throw us another season of Baccano? That'd be nice

I, also, enjoyed Baccano!'s anime adaptation, and it would be great if a new season would be announced. However, after looking at Durarara!! x2, I have some worries on whether or not the elements and the "entertainment hook" are still there.

I think that's a fair enough concern. That said, I personally have enjoyed DRRRx2 so perhaps it's more subjective a topic than I originally thought.
