Instead of making all this 'limited edition sake' they should just make a third season already. Well, there are some rumors going around saying that moyashimon will get a third season in 2017 but they are probably false.

I would be delighted if someone picked up Moyashimon here in the U.S. I don't recall ever hearing of other anime shows that was centered around agriculture.

The only other one I can think of was Silver Spoon, which was very agriculture based. I did love Moyashimon, even though the second season was very different from the first it was still good. I even bought the two volumes of the manga Del Rey released back in the day. |
